The fleece features a shaped neck collar with wind baffle at top, extra long arms with elastic wrists and thumbhole opening, long length to prevent excessive riding upwards during strenuous activity, full length chunky zipper in front, adjustable elasticated draw cord at bottom hem, two zippered slant pockets in front. The fleece is lightweight and a quieter alternative to soft shell thermal jackets, with the additional advantage of not being as bulky as the standard issue soft shell thermal jacket when worn as a mid-layer.
