PLCE Bergen side pouch by Webtex in DPM Cordura material. Similar in design to the one issued to British Forces. It is compatible with both British issue kit and wyverns version of the PLCE system. It is a large capacity pack capable of fitting a large variety of kit and is made or durable cordura with a heavy waterproof lining and stitched eyelet for drainage. It can either be worn on the back of a PLCE webbing set and the Wyvern all arms assault vest as a small pack via fastex buckles or on the side of the PLCE Bergen for added capacity. There are four fastex buckles on the top of the pouch and two on the bottom, making securing this pouch very easy. Also on the bottom of the pouch is a cordura strap stitched on at one end to the pouch and fastened in a loop at the other end with a fastex buckle, meaning that this can either be used as a handle or can be looped around a belt for added security. It is made of DPM pattern cordura material and is fastened with a large durable zip across the top making for easy access to stow any kit. They also have the large zip material which are used to secure the side pouches to the Bergen or each other when used as a pack. Inside the pouch is a flap that runs the length of the pouch for insertion of a frame when used as a day pack and can be used to store maps, documents or other such items.
