The British Army issue Osprey medic pouch is designed to fit onto the Osprey assault vest, Osprey body armour cover or any standard 25mm US MOLLE system. The pouch measures 13x9x7cm and will hold a small first aid kit, field dressings, small utilities, ammo, admin items and other field essentials. The pouch lid is a wraparound type to provide side as well as top and front protection for contents. The lid opens with a partially hidden quick release buckle. This allows for the front of the lid to be covered in a writeable layer so that the contents of the pouch can be written on the front clearly. Please note, as the pouches are used, written instructions may already be present. The pouch outer is made of 1000D military Cordura, fully lined internally with rubberised tarpaulin material. The rear of the pouch is fitted with two MOLLE vertical straps which button down on to the body and two horizontal straps for interweaving against the MOLLE base.
