Genuine issue, factory new British Army PLCE utility pouch. Pouch fits onto PLCE belt by means of velcro and press-button loops and is secured with T-bars. Pouch also has metal slider to enable a yoke to be fitted to the pouch. Pouch is closed with Spanish type closer, and double secured with velcro. Internally, the pouch features a drawstring closed half-liner to provide extra security for items which might be carried within. Will store an Osprey water bottle, British Army ration pack items, Snugpak jacket folded up, and other utility items. Closer view of the front of the pouch with the flap open. The flap has a small pocket for storing water purification tablets, matches and other small, flat utilities. The silenceable velcro is seen deployed on the front where the velcro patch has been covered by the integral counterpatch, preventing the velcro from functioning. The pouch in this configuration will only be opened and held closed by using the Spanish fly closer on the front. Loops are sewn into the sides front and rear for attaching carabiners, bungees and other similar items.
