What our customers say about this product:

An extremely well made boot, finest quality full-grain supple leather, ideal for all outdoor activities, camping, hiking( much more comfortable & reliable than a good number of walking boots)walking the dog etc. fully waterproof with an adequate leather protector eg: beeswax shoe cream. The flexible, non cleated, triple density sole makes walking on all types of terrain, including hard surfaces such as roads & tracks, relatively easy, though these boots are not suitable for mountain hiking or climbing. Mention should also be made to the high standard of finish on these boots, fine stitching, quality materials used throughout & the possibility of having them resoled. It should be noted that the model 2000 is no longer manufactured (to military specifications for the bundeswehr as they changed design in 2005 & again in 2007) so these boots are becoming harder to find as the 'admirers' are finding out. - Submitted by Gary Leese

Boots are realy excellent!I have ordered 5 pairs (for me and my team mates). All of them are in excellent condition! - Submitted by Dmitrij

Had my pair of the Model 2000 boots looked as good as the boots pictured on Flecktarn website, I would've kept them. However, they were not. They had lots of wear and cuts to their uppers and virtually no sole left. The laces were their best feature! Just not worth the money. I was charged so I returned them with absolutely no quibbles from Flecktarn. Thankfully my Pro Boots are fantastic! - Submitted by Robert D

I have had two pairs of these boots from Flecktarn and both were like new. Maybe I was lucky. I do wear them for hiking and mountain climbing as well as work. I cannot find a better boot. - Submitted by tony lundstrom
