The TT ammo assault vest in flecktarn is designed to carry a load comparable to the TT ammo chest rig in a vest form. The vest is mounted on military grade nylon mesh and features three double ammunition pouches on the left, one double ammunition pouch and one utility pouch on the right. The vest has two mini-dump pouches which are opened by zipper on the upper chest, and an internal pistol holster on the lower left side behind a third zip-up pocket and a map or document carrying pouch on the lower right side, also closed by means of a zipper. The vest is closed with a unidirectional zipper in the front, and adjusted for size on the left and right sides with three straps either side. Panels are provided on the upper left and right chest, as well as the upper back and lower belt for attachment of the new IdZ pouches or Molle system pouches. There are also two additional panels provided at the bottom of the left and right sides for more pouches, and two rectangular rings per side for the attachment of straps for leg pouches. Each magazine pouch features a Fastex clip closer, double secured with a flap of velcro. The front two magazine pouches also have elasticated pockets on the side. The rear panel of the vest is double-layered mesh construction to allow for the insertion of a hydration system. The vest has a rear carrying handle and an additional two D-rings. Vest is made of heavy-grade cordura.
