I use this pouch for airsoft and it is excellent for holding all sorts of things such as BB's, food, water, and other accessories. Inside, there are two cylindrical pouches for holding water bottles. The pouch is very easy to access but when worn on the belt of a web set, it sort of flops when you run. Also, the bright green that is shown in the top picture does not blend very well with the normal-looking flecktarn. Just rub some dirt in it though. As "Joe" said, it is an excellent pouch. It holds about anything you need for a 24h period. 2 canteens, (the american model does not fit well however) esbit cooker, poncho and liner a parks plus a 24h ration pack. And after that you can still crank in some more stuff. And the problem about the bright green is minor and will fade away in no time. And yes, I recommend buying this pouch from Flecktarn.co.uk.
