Made of nylon cordura and to specifications for the US Army Navigator's watch (Type 6) in the 1st Gulf War, the breathable black straps are tough and lightweight for rugged use. The strap is colourfast, easy to clean and presents a neat and tidy appearance. It is made of textile, with the exception of the buckle which is made of steel, and is a perfect alternative to a Nato strap where the metal strap retainers cannot be present. Extra long length also accommodates a wide range of wrist sizes. The edges are heat sealed and the buckle is laminated into position with heat-activated self-sealing glue.
