The Helikon PCS trousers are a new product in MP camo variation. The MP camo takes similar colours to camogrom or Multicam and adds a DPM shaping to some of the forms for a distinctive look which is closer to UK MTP than standard Multicam. The PCS trousers are made in Poly/Cotton twill to match with the material appearance and weight of the current S95 clothing. Features of the PCS trousers include zip fly, side slash pockets with part mesh lining for keeping cool. The left side hip pocket has an internal zipped pocket for small valuables. Large leg pockets are angled for ease of use when wearing body armour or tactical gear. Leg pockets also follow S95 bellow design for expansion and are closed with single slotted button, concealed behind flap to reduce snagging. Trouser ankle hems have drawstring pulls for blousing the leg. The belt loops are fitted for the wide duty belt and are compatible with UK work belts, duty belts and stable belts. The side belt loops include an extra loop for securing items. Sizes are: 31R (80/80/96), 31L (85/80/96), 33R (80/84/100), 33L (85/84/100), 34R (80/88/104), 34L (85/88/104), 36R (80/92/108), 36L (85/92/108), 38R (80/96/112), 38L (85/96/112), 39R (80/100/116), 39L (85/100/116), 41R (80/104/120), 41L (85/104/120)

Now why didn't the MOD entrust the patern design to Helikon. This DPM based camo is superior to genuine MTP in every way for temperate climes. The shapes are far closer to DPM and since PCS has deleted the darker browns from the MTP patern, this Helikon pattern offers superior concealment.
Beats Multicam and MTP hands down. The guys at my unit can't believe it isn't a special design for special forces and genuine issue.
