Tan Bulle MOLLE Lightweight Chest Rig

The Bulle MOLLE Light Chest Rig is the ultimate in super lightweight rigs, designed to carry an organised ammo and utility load within a small, unobtrusively sized rig. The chest rig comes as two parts which are pre-assembled, consisting of the yoke or shoulder harness and the load carrying panel. If required, the yoke can be removed and the extra length straps refitted in the manner of a traditional chest rig with straps crossing over in the rear. The yoke is the standard Bulle MOLLE MLE yoke with extra wide shoulders to accommodate wearing even over armour, MOLLE loops on the upper chest and back, additional D-rings front and rear, carry handle, padded shoulder section lined on the inside with coolmax and nylon mesh material. The yoke is attached to the panel at six points via adjustable quick release buckles, these being left and right upper chest, left and right upper back and left and right sides. All of these can be detached quickly and easily by the wearer in an emergency, allowing the rig to be removed without help. The panel measures 400m wide and 190mm tall. The inbuilt carrying capacity of the panel consists of: two 185mm tall, 75mm wide, 70mm deep zip utility pockets; one 6x M4/M16/SA80 or 3x AK open magazine pouch measuring 220mm wide, 135mm tall and one flat zip compartment for documents and maps. The front of the utility pockets and the magazine pouch is fitted with MOLLE webbing to enable additional pouches to be added in the same manner as would be added to a traditional MOLLE light chest panel. The inside of each utility zip pocket also has one 25mm Cordura retaining strap to help separate flat utilities from other contents. The size of the utility pockets allows for carriage of additional magazines, such as 2x M4, M16 or SA80 magazines or 1x AK magazines in each pocket, folded up ration items, spare screening grenades or larger FFD packets. The light chest rig boasts excellent ammo capacity in a tactically wearable package smaller than most grab bags or bandoliers making it outstanding value. Entire rig is made from 1000D Cordura nylon, with Coolmax and nylon mesh lining for the yoke. All zippers are from the YKK military strength range. Buckles, d-rings, strap adjusters and zip pulls ends are military specification Duraflex UTX Stealth parts which offer better performance, durability and heat resistance. Please note price is for ONE rig only. Accessories shown are for illustration purposes only.

Rear of the chest rig shown worn with the yoke harness. The extra strapping on the rear is long enough to allow the rig to be worn without the yoke if required. Each strap ends in a quick release buckle to enable quick and easy removal.

What our customers say about this product:

When I looked at these on the website I thought it was just a standard rig, no pouches. However when I purchased them I found the mag pouches and two small side/admin pouches built in. Value for money for 25. Most definetly, great quality and just what you'd expect from the guys/gals at Flecktarn. Makes an Ideal Sniper rig (Airsoft) or even loan rig for Renters. My advice- buy them before they vanish. - Submitted by Mark Lynch As everything states this is a good lightweight rig. Personally I like to use it for quick response tasks, where we use vehicles, as it's small and compact for getting in and out of the truck. On the downside, and the reason I write this review, this item is not infrared resistant, it lights up like a christmas tree when seen through a NVG, so perfect for day time manouvers and definately airsoft. I will keep mine tucked away in the night! - Submitted by Morten Guldager

Well, great ?25 for a fully adjustable rig that fits me perfect, lots of molle to add on hydration, radio and pistol ammo. 6 mags, 2 big pouches and an admin pouch for maps etc, what more do you need? It's also compact and lightweight, so it dosen't get in the way like full webbing sets and plate carriers If you're short on funds, then get this. It's amazing what you get for ?25. The quality is also brilliant. It's got snagged on trees and well, I've abused it and no damage yet! - Submitted by Adam This chest rig is the perfect extension to anyone who wants a light load-out for hot days or to compliment a belt order set. The ability to hold 6 STANAG magazines with CQC access is a real boon, whilst I feel the two pouches tend to get in the way of your upper arms when seated on the chest the value of this rig far outweighs any disadvantage. Not sure why its sold WITH a LBE harness as, for me, this makes it sit way too low (like a cummerbund). More usable without the extra harness to be honest and I??Tve asked if it would be possible to make a version without the utility pouches, without the extra harness but with some MOLLE panelling in place of the utility pouches. To me, that would be the perfect light chest rig and a match to anything four times as expensive! - Submitted by Andy (Quinch) Prior
