Designed with speed and convenience in mind, the Bulle US MOLLE Cutaway Armour Carrier Vest is a quick release armour carrier vest designed for easier and faster donning and easier re-assembly after the release mechanism has been operated. The armour carrier will take 32.5x30cm SAPI plates in front and rear internal pockets and soft panels underneath the mesh lining. The vest opens over the top with a 50mm quick release buckle, and at the side with three 25mm quick release buckles backed with a 20mm wide strip of velcro. This enables the vest to be opened and donned easily without disturbing any of the pouches set up on the front, side and rear. The front of the shoulder section is fitted with a flap of velcro to enable cables, comms and hydration gear to be held down over the shoulder to prevent snagging or catching. The rear of the vest is kept in position around the waist with an extra wide, elasticated band of cordura fitted with velcro which helps to stabilise and position the rear panel whilst distributing weight over the lower back and torso. This is adjusted tight over the body as the vest is donned, before clipping together the side clips. There are five elastics provided for each of left and right sides, and this allows the carrier vest to flex and adjust to body movement, making for a better fitting vest, even during high-speed situations. Sturdy Cordura drag handle is provided on the back of the vest.The Bulle US MOLLE Cutaway Armour Carrier Vest is a releasable armour vest with two release points which are activated by the same mechanism. This reduces bulk on a single point, and gives the option of releasing the vest at one point rather than releasing the whole vest at once. The release mechanism may be drawn to the left or right, depending on how the mechanism has been fitted. The release mechanism is covered for most of its length to prevent snagging, and may be activated from the front via a velcro separate mini-panel by the wearer or medical personnel. The vest is made of 1000D Milspec PU-coated cordura body and webbing which is triple stitched for durability. The vest is highly adjustable and will fit from 38" chest to 46" chest, 5'7 to 6'2 size.
