.380 ACP Inert Round

Also known as the 9mm Browning, 9x17, 9mm Kurz, the round was developed by John Browning and used in Colt's Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless Semi-Automatic pistol as a self-defence personal carry firearm. The .380 ACP is a derivative of 38ACP although the two rounds are not the same. The .380 ACP was later adopted in Europe and featured in WW2 era firearms such as the Czech VZ38, Walther PPK, FN Model 1922, Beretta M1934. It was considered superior to the .32 ACP round, but was itself superseded by the more powerful 9x19mm Parabellum or 9mm Luger round for service pistols both during and after the war. Its small size and slightly lower power meant that it retained its purpose as a mini-pistol round. This is an attractive and distinctive inert shell to complete a collection or display. Price is for ONE cartridge only. The products may not ship with Royal Mail and must be carried via courier outside the UK.
