The 9mm Pobjeda subsonic inert round comes from the specialist manufacturer, Pobjeda, in Bosnia, which manufactures non-lethal, low power and special sporting ammunition. The 9mm round is internally stopped so the powder capacity of the casing is reduced whilst the size of the casing remains the same so as to fit in pistols chambered for 9mm.
