British forces issue load carrying belt in olive drab nylon for the PLCE system. The belt width is 2.5 inches, with a large ITW Nexus side release buckle. The load carrying belt is fully adjustable by means of internal hooks on left end and adjustable strap on right end. The left end has a rivetted end cap and hooks for the loops provided on the inside of the belt. The rear of the belt is provided with two rectangular rings, sewn into position with 20mm nylon webbing. The belt can therefore be used with a PLCE yoke if required. The internal loops are designed for the insertion of t-plates which are found on the PLCE load carrying pouches which fixes the position of the pouches on the belt and prevents them from sliding around on the belt during movement. Genuine British issue belt for use as a duty belt or belt order base.

The back of the belt has loops for attachment of a yoke or shoulder straps.

The inside of the belt has loops for insertion of t-bars and adjustment of the belt length.
