Genuine British Forces combat body armour cover for soft armour vest. The cover is made in cotton blend twill fabric and printed in British Forces MTP camouflage. The cover opens on the front with a large velcro strip, and tightens across the sides and front with double velco strapping left and right. The front and back of the vest includes a pocket for a 6in x 8in plate to go over the centre mass. Positioning the pocket on the front allows for easy upgrading of the armour with the hard plate. The front also includes a rank tab. A webbing strap loop runs over the front of the vest to help support the PLCE load carry belt. To aid removal of soft armour panel, the inside of the neck contains a long zipper that allows access. The cover is an ideal way of adding a padded layer or weighted layer for physical training or airsoft and paintball. Please note that the cover does not come with any armour panels.
