.357 Nickel Case Lead Round Nose Inert Round

A single inert cartridge comprising of a fired, nickel plated case in .357 Magnum which has been refitted with a 158gr FMJ lead round nose flat point head. Heads are correctly fitted with a press and not hammered in place, so the round has a more authentic appearance over rounds where the heads have been inserted too deeply. The case is nickel plated for a nickel appearance. All 'silver' appearance is more tarnish resistant than brass and copper, and looks great on a leather belt, but be aware that the spent primer in the base may be brass or copper. Perfect for film, display, diorama, collection. Cases are nickel plated brass. Please note that all rounds have no propellant or live primers. This is a deactivated .357 Magnum bullet. To restore a shiny finish, rub the cartridge with toothpaste or a commercial cleaner. Please note that price is for ONE round only. NB: All inert ammunition travelling OUTSIDE mainland UK must be shipped by international courier (eg TNT, DHL).

Extras available for this dummy round:

An new and unindented brass cup to fit into the primer pocket to give the appearance of a new, unfired round: Small Dummy Primer
Removal of the deactivated, inert primer from the round, leaving a hole or holes in the base that can be inspected to prove the round is inert and free from explosives: Depriming of Round
